Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

All orders are sent out via Australia Post . Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.

Once the order is with the postal service used, we are not responsible for the loss or delay of the order. Within reason, I will assist in helping to track an order.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email:

• Once your items have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.
• Hold tight – the tracking ID number may take up to 1 business day to become active.

 Missing your shipping confirmation email? Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder

We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

ArtsyCrafty manages returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase.

We will replace or refund if an item is shown to have a defect. If you are not happy to have the item replaced, we will offer a refund on return of the item.  All returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
